Q-CUT Cutting Tables

 

Q-CUT is the digital flatbed cutting system in the Platinum series designed to offer high performance finishing on rigid and flexible materials in industrial production contexts. Achieve continuous, precise, and perfectly registered cuts thanks to features like the double beam, interchangeable tools, CCD automatic positioning system, and an intelligent conveyor belt.

The Q-CUT system ensures fast and precise cuts up to 1.5 m/s, thanks to its intelligent control system that optimizes tool movements to shorten working time and improve production efficiency.

The honeycomb aluminum structure ensures stability even on large surfaces, while the conveyor system allows cutting and collection simultaneously, reducing  operating costs.

Ergonomic design and advanced automation make Q-CUT intuitive and productive, even in high-workload environments.
